The Theology of Prince is a project that grew out of a conversation about the sorts of topics United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities is willing to tackle. This conversation led to two contests -- one for students and one open to the public -- to which participants submitted personal essays, academic papers, poetry, video and visual art that explored "the influence of religion, theology and/or spirituality within Prince's work." These works were shared in a panel at the "Prince from Minneapolis" symposium, in an online gallery, and now through an electronic journal.

This one-time issue of the Theology of Prince journal contains all of the personal essays and academic papers submitted to the Theology of Prince contests, as well as the winning poems and artwork. Fill out the form below to access the journal.
